Description:
This 3-hour interactive presentation is designed to spark discussion and prepare participants for the upcoming Division Chief recruitment process. Through thought-provoking questions, real-world scenarios, and lessons learned from actual incidents, participants will gain insight into the leadership expectations, decision-making, and critical thinking required of a Division Chief. The session encourages open dialogue, shared experiences, and practical strategies to help candidates prepare for the assessment process and the role itself.
