Hazardous Materials First Responder Operations - Pro-Board

Description:

For OCFA Operations Personnel who:

  • Do not have a Pro Board–certified HazMat FRO certificate

  • Need to obtain Firefighter I and/or Firefighter II certification

 

This course fulfills the Hazardous Materials First Responder Operations (FRO) requirement for Firefighter I certification. Successful completion will provide a Pro Board–certified HazMat FRO certificate, which is required to complete the FF1/FF2 certification process.

 

STAFFING: Personnel participating in FF1 testing are authorized to attend and will be supported with SA and backfill. Enrolled personnel will receive an email from Ops Training and Safety confirming enrollment and providing timecard instructions.
